Event Registration

1. I Hereby Declare that the above personal details and information provided are true.
2. I will work for development of sports in Uttarakhand and abide the rules & Regulation of the association.
3. I am in good health and in proper physical condition to take part in athletics compition.


IMPORTANT: -
1. Eligibility: The participating athlete should be the resident of the Uttarakhand State.
2. Management:
A. Organizing committee has the right to refuse any entry or cancel any event from the program without assigning any reason.
B. Athletes must carry ID proof for DOB and other verification, like Aadhaar/PAN card. Ineligible athlete(s) will be disqualified.
C. Athletes can participate in three individual events maximum. Changes in the events will not be allowed after the registration. Please select and fill the events carefully.
D. Only Physically and Medically fit Athletes can take part in the championship. Individual must ensure that he/she is physically and medically fit. Organizing committee does not accept any responsibility for any mishap on or off the field.
E. Every participant have to follow Covid-19 guidelines strictly at venue.
3. Prizes: Certificates and Medals shall be awarded to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd position holders in each event.
4. Protest: If any, should be submitted to the Secretary, immediately after the event along with a fee of Rs 200/- as Protest Fee.
5. Event Management:
A. BIB / Chest number distribution will start on 23rd March 2022. Bib and Kit collection can be done from association office only.
B. Events will start at 7.30 AM on 26th March 2022. Schedule will be shared by the officials.
C. Participant not reporting before their event up to the second call shall be disqualified from the event.
D. If the number of the competitors is less than three in any event, that event may be cancelled.
E. Decision of the management and technical committee will be final and binding to all.
F. All participants are requested to cooperate with the organizing committee and abide the standard practice and discipline in the stadium.
